G-Agro LLC

Another important investment of businessman Ucha Mamatsashvili in Georgia

Businessman Ucha Mamatsashvili, the founder of the joint-stock company Middle Seas Capital, becomes100% shareholder of G-Agro LLC. G-Agro is a limited liability company, which cultivates differentvarieties of blueberry seedlings on several hectares in Samegrelo region.

Melikishvili Inn LL

Melikishvili Inn LLC is initiating a new hotel project. The concept hotel will be located in the center of Tbilisi, in one of the most engaging tourist areas of the city, on Melikishvili Street 5. The project will include the construction of a 10-floor hotel with 116 rooms that will be able to accommodate various types of guests.

Geo Organics, LLC.

Geo Organics, LLC., founded in 2017, produces pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. It is worth emphasizing that the enterprise of this company, which is located in Zemo Lisi village, meets GMP standards. Geo Organics produces biologically active supplements and cosmetic products which are tested for quality at every stage of their manufacturing. Our plan for the immediate future is to build a laboratory which will allow the production of different cosmetic products that meet the international standards.

Georgian Retail Investments, LLC.

Georgian Retail Investments, LLC. was founded in 2017 and is the official representative of illy Caffé, Italian coffee brand in Georgia. For now, the company owns two illy Caffé Georgia sites, one located in the shopping mall Galleria Tbilisi on Freedom Square and the other, in Tbilisi International Airport. In the future, we are planning to open more cafes in Tbilisi as well as in different regions of Georgia.
